• First and foremost our policy at Stone Rose is for you to enjoy yourself during your stay. Please let us know what more we can do to make your visit a pleasant and memorable one.



• Reservations may be secured with calling with a credit card held on file (Please note, the card is not charged at this time)
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check and cash. 12% tax must be added to all room rates. Payment due upon check out.
  Cancellations must be made 10 days in advance of a reservation date for full refund.
  There will be a $35 reprocessing fee for all cancellations made within 10 days of reservation date and as well a $35 fee for an early departure during the stay.
  All room rates are subject to change.



• Check in time is between 3pm-8pm. Please call if needing to arrive at an earlier or later time.
  Check out time is 12 pm/noon.



• We are able to accommodate well-behaved children 12 years of age and older.
  Regretfully, we are not able to accommodate pets. We are able to make arrangements for you with nearby boarding accommodations.
  Please feel free to enjoy Scruffy, our friendly Cairn terrier dog. He roams the inn, but is not allowed in the guest rooms.



• A full country breakfast, or lighter fare if you prefer, is served in the dining room or in pleasant weather out on the porch and at a time that is convenient for you. An early bird breakfast or late breakfast may be arranged. We will gladly accommodate any and all special dietary requirements with prior notification. We use fresh, local and organic food products whenever possible.



• Complimentary refreshments are offered throughout the day in your in room refrigerator as well as on the buffet in the hallway.
  During the winter season, complimentary dinner may be arranged during sudden inclement weather.



• Due to the nature of our gravel driveway and the migrating geese population, we respectfully request outdoor footwear be removed after entering the main hallway. You may free feel to bring your own indoor footwear, slippers or socks. We also provide footies if you wish.



• For the comfort and safety of all our guests, Stone Rose is a smoke-free inn and premise.
  Candles are not permitted in guest rooms.



• Alcoholic beverages are allowable on premises. You are welcomed to bring your own.
